At Loveabowl, we are committed to ensuring that every order reaches you in good condition.
If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS & REFUNDS
- Wrong item received
- Damaged product received
- Defective product received
- Missing item(s) from your order
- Product received is significantly different from what was ordered
- The request must be submitted within **7 days** of receiving the order.
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- The product must remain in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue must be provided.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Opened pet food products
- Partially consumed products
- Products with damaged packaging caused by the customer
- Products purchased during clearance, promotional, or final sale events (unless defective)
- Change-of-mind purchases
- Incorrect purchases made by the customer
- Products not stored according to the recommended storage instructions
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within **7 days** of receiving your order.
Please provide:
- Order number
- Product name
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos and/or videos showing:
- The product
- Packaging
- Shipping label
- Any damage or defects
Our customer service team will review your request and advise on the next steps.
REFUND PROCESS
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during purchase.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Estimated processing time:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 7–14 business days
- FPX / Online Banking: 5–10 business days
- E-wallets: 5–10 business days
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
REPLACEMENTS
Where applicable, Loveabowl may offer a replacement product instead of a refund.
Replacement requests are subject to product availability.
If the same item is unavailable, we may offer:
- An alternative product of similar value; or
- A full refund
at our sole discretion.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been packed, fulfilled, or handed over to the courier, cancellations are no longer possible.
To request an order cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
